Dr. Grant Scotland, affectionately called Pastor Debbie, has been a strong advocate for the black family, especially those issues affecting our women and children! She is a visionary and believes that nothing is impossible with God! Currently, she is the proud pastor of St. Paul AME Church in Irmo SC. Pastor Debbie is making a difference in the lives of those she serves with her powerful gospel message. Pastor Debbie's a vessel always being used by God.
